Southeast Asian renewable energy, made investable.

We acquire and operate income-producing renewable energy assets across Southeast Asia and create pathways for public capital to participate in the region’s growing power infrastructure.

Renewable share of Southeast Asia's installed power capacity

33%
45%2030 target
69%2050 outlook

Every point between the gold bar and the markers is infrastructure that has to be financed. Sources: Enerdata (2024 share); ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation 2026 to 2030 (2030 target); 8th ASEAN Energy Outlook, member state targets scenario (2050).

Energy transition needs owners, not just builders.

Southeast Asia is one of the fastest growing power markets in the world. Its governments have set the targets and its developers are building. What the region lacks is a deep pool of patient capital that owns the infrastructure once it is operating.

We exist to be that owner. We buy stabilized, contracted energy assets, from renewable generation to storage, grid and the power systems behind data centers and industry. We run them for the long term and distribute the cash they generate. Developers recycle capital into new projects. Investors get access to an asset class that used to be reserved for conglomerates and development banks.

The region's energy infrastructure, held in a transparent vehicle anyone can own.

The build out is policy, not speculation.

45%

Renewable share of installed power capacity ASEAN has committed to by 2030.

113 GW

Renewable capacity installed across ASEAN in 2024.

773 GW

Renewable capacity the region reaches by 2050 if member states deliver their national targets.

What we invest in.

Renewable generation

Solar, wind, hydro, geothermal and bioenergy plants with long term offtake, across the region's fastest growing power markets.

Grid and interconnection

Transmission, substations and cross border links as the ASEAN Power Grid takes shape.

Storage and flexibility

Battery and pumped storage that firm up variable supply and earn from grid services.

Next generation energy infrastructure

Dedicated power for data centers and industrial parks, EV charging networks, and low carbon fuels as they reach commercial scale.
